Joell is one of the most out going fighters in Busta Rhymes' Conglomerate. Taking the lead in wanting to defeat Playa's crew he is regarded as the hardest to take out of the crew. Besides the Conglomerate, Joell is also a part of Slaughterhouse, a rap group with Joe Budden and Eminem. Although later appearing in a side story revolving around Slaughterhouse coming toe to toe with 50 Cent & Jeremih, Ortiz doesn't have much relevance after the defeat and gaining of The Conglomerate.
